Returns and refunds
Ladies I understand the need to feel and touch items before we buy which can make buying online a little tricky. However have no fear, we offer a stress free exchange or repair policy on all faulty goods or if just changed your mind.
Simple drop Me a line with the details of the item and the fault so that we can get it sorted for you. Unfortunately as all the items are made to order we're unable to refund.
Delivery and quality assurance
We work really hard to bring you the best possible products as quickly as possible however as this is a small comfortable working environment, making individually crafted lovely stuff, this may take a little longer than you may be used to. 7 days is the estimated delivery time, however at times the forces may be against us and it may take a little longer. In this case we aim to inform you and offer a revised delivery date as soon as possible.
This shouldn't happen to often but it's better to know before hand.
If you're still not to sure, then try and pop down to an event where you can have a good look and feel for yourself.
Just one last thing, we promise NEVER to pass any of your information onto a third party even if we think you may be interested. We may send you the odd email informing you of new lovely things that WE have have but that's it.
