- Who can buy from you (age restrictions, locations)
- There are no age restrictions on my products and all items are shipped world wide. Taxes, custom charges and postage will vary accordingly.
- Your right to refuse or cancel orders
- Designing and creating beautiful items is a process that involves emotional connection. I'll do all I can to deliver my best work and a unique seamless and smooth purchasing experience however if during this process we may need to part ways and end the creative process and experience, I have the right to cancel the order to ensure I can deliver the best experience for all involved.
- What happens if prices change
- From time to time I made use materials that fluctuate in price, in this event I'll ensure to communicate any changes that will affect you in advance allowing you time to make an informed decision.
- Intellectual property rules (your designs, photos, content)
- I hold the right to all my designs and writing. No item, writing, design or images are to used without my consent, edited or associated with any other named organisation individual or brand without prior consent. In the event of doing so legal action will be taken. On a lighter note, be fair, be honest we as humans need to learn to be kinder to one another and seek our own story to tell.
- Limitation of liability (what you're not responsible for)
- All items are made to the best of my ability and are tested to ensure their durability for normal use over time. Guidance and care instructions will be given for specific items that require additional attention to ensure longevity. However I cannot accept responsibility for items that fail and are used outside of these guidelines and beyond reasonable expectations.
- How disputes get resolved
- If you are unhappy with an item, please simply send me a email, almost everything has a solution.
- What happens during emergencies or situations beyond your control
- I'll do my best to keep you informed and hopefully we can navigate whatever life and divine forces my throw at us.
- Wholesale terms (if you offer bulk pricing
- This is not something I typically offer however I'm always open to discussion. If you don't ask, you won't now.
